Born from heritage craft, wrapped in modern form, the Twist Skirt was designed for those who love the ease of our Simply Pant but desire the fluid, feminine silhouette of a skirt. This sarong-inspired piece is a study in purposeful geometry, utilizing a zero-waste pattern that respects every inch of its artisan-made textile.

The skirt is crafted from our signature Ajrakh modal-silk, hand-block printed by master artisans. The print features a moody, midnight-black background with intricate floral motifs. A dark summer aesthetic that transitions effortlessly from sun-drenched days to formal evenings.

The Design in Motion: The skirt’s name is derived from its unique wrap-and-tie construction. Two integrated sashes at the front wrap around the waist to tie at the back, creating a sophisticated overlapping "twist" across the hips. An ankle-grazing hem is punctuated by a strategic slit reaching just above the knee, offering a glimpse of movement and ease of stride within the long, fluid silhouette. This ensures a custom fit that moves with you, while a subtle integrated elastic at the back waistband prevents excess volume, maintaining a clean, streamlined profile from every angle.
